Chishti, a lawyer and director of Migration Policy Institute’s office at New York University School of Law, will discuss “Immigration: A Right or a Privilege?” on Tuesday, September 14 at Pace University’s Constitution Day celebration on its downtown New York City campus in the Student Union, 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Open to the public.
